How to Register

1. Assemble a team of 7-10 players
2. Print off the registration form and return the form and fees by mail to:

3. Registration Forms and Fees must be received no later than July 22, 2009.
   You are not officially registered until your cheque (payable to the Beach Soccer Blast) is received.
4. Confirmation sent upon receipt of registration.
5. Complete the 2009 SoccerExpress/Umbro Beach Soccer Blast Roster in full - click here for a copy of the roster.

All registration forms including the Beach Blast Roster, must be submitted 1 hour prior to your first game at the registration table at the tournament site. You will receive at this time your registration kit, which will include your pizza snack or afternoon energy booth ticket and any t-shirts that you ordered.
